An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Voids Supervisor to join us in Manchester. 

Within this role, you will be responsible for the voids part of the business. You will be required to work closely with the operatives, sub-contractors, planners and administrator and senior management to ensure the contract requirements are exceeded. You will also manage the responsive areas of the contract, including budget and cost control, client liaison.

In order to be successful in this role, you will possess HNC/D Building related qualifications and will have previous experience of contract management in the Social Housing sector.

With experience of developing staff, you should also have current knowledge of H&S Regulations within the sector coupled with knowledge of working to QA standards.  Strong IT skills will also be required.

Candidates for this role must hold a full valid UK driving licence
