Office Tech Support Engineer
We are seeking a Office Tech Support Engineer to join us on a full time, permanent basis. This would suit someone who has a keen interest in Telecommunications and is looking to develop their knowledge and skills.
The purpose of this role is to provide 1st line support to our customers as well as resolving issues on site.
Main duties include;
Taking calls and assisting in the office
·Ensure all support calls are logged, prioritised and escalated where necessary
·Resolve any 1st line requests
·Help maintain inventories of assets / book in work / Invoice
Provide office/ engineer cover where required
The successful candidate must have;
·Excellent computer skills
·Excellent problem-solving skills
·A keen interest to learn new technologies
·Methodical approach to work
·Good working knowledge of Windows and excel
·Driving License - Full / Clean
·Good networking skills of LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi - Telephoney systems knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
