Job Title: Service Delivery Executive / Sales Executive

Location: Slough

Salary: starting £20,000 dependant on experience with a generous uncapped commission structure

Our client is looking for new people to join their leading vibrant sales office based in the centre of Slough. The company works with the UK's largest and most trusted leasing companies, including Lex Auto lease, ALD Automotive and Hitachi Capital and require pro-active sales focussed professionals to join the team.

The company is an independent intermediary company, that successfully services the corporate and consumer market for their car leasing solutions and requirements within the UK.

The successful candidates will join their sales team of 20 based in their head office building their client base whilst servicing the existing pipeline opportunities, which are in abundance and is a real mix of outbound calls, so you need to be able to manage your day accordingly to maximise your earning potential.

Who are they looking for?

The company is looking for a self-motivated team player with a passion for sales. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to succeed and will be great at building relationships over the phone. There are fantastic earning potentials and career opportunities available for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Background in sales, field sales or an outbound call centre environment
  • Experience in building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • As the role is both over the phone and email, you need to be articulate and have a great command of written and verbal English and IT skills.

The candidate would be ideally located within a 10 mile radius of the company location.

What's the working week?

Monday to Friday 8 - 5pm (one day per week you will need to work till 6pm)
