A unique opportunity to join the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) as an eLearning Content Developer based in St Albans paying between GBP30k - GBP36k .

Your eLearning Content Developer Key responsibilities:

As eLearning Content Developer you will be responsible for creating and updating digital content for the internal Learning Management System (LMS).

• Designing and creating high quality eLearning modules
• Reviewing and updating existing eLearning modules
• Creation of supporting course material such as images, diagrams, banners to support eLearning modules and face-to-face training.
• Editing and maintaining existing user guides
• Ensuring content is published, uploaded and tested on the LMS
• Staying current with latest learning theories and technologies
• Work on ad hoc projects identified as a priority

Do you fit these eLearning Content Developer skills?:

• Previous experience developing eLearning/mobile learning, and blended learning solutions
• Strong experience with designing creative and engaging eLearning content using Articulate Storyline 2
• Ability to create quizzes and assessments
• Strong graphic design skills
• Good experience using a VLE such as: Moodle
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, including publishing to various file formats
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet agreed deadlines
• Good organisational skills
• Works well independently and within a team
