Our client has been successfully developing and delivering case management and information solutions to children and young people's services for more than 30 years.

In its early years our client dedicated its resources and expertise to developing solutions for the careers service market. Their principle activities are software development, customer support and hosting of case management information systems for local authority children's services and voluntary sector organisations.

Purpose:

To work towards being a Support Analyst to assist in the provision of a Customer Support service to the Company's customers.

Responsibilities:

(Include but are not limited to)

  • Assisting in providing a telephone helpline service to customers for both applications software and general IT issues and problems.
  • Accurate recording of Customer support calls via Email, Online Support System and Telephone.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of Customers' data and systems.
  • Undertaking work lists and tasks as allocated by Management.
  • To use the company's internal Quality Procedures and processes to accurately record all calls received
  • To work towards achieving for Support Analyst role
  • To assist in the support and maintenance of the company's software products.
  • To maintain a good working relationship with customers and provide a helpful and professional service as required.
  • To assist in providing training to customers for the Company's products and in general IT areas as directed by management.
  • To keep management informed of key issues in relation to Customers and their general satisfaction with our services
  • To provide on-site support where necessary to those customers as directed by management.
