My client is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator for their established, independent Sales & Lettings Agent
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 years' experience working within Lettings.
You must be highly organised as you'll be managing a diary of viewings, and keeping in contact with landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Canvassing for new business
- Attending viewings
- Giving feedback to landlords
- Negotiating tenancy terms
- Dealing with pre-tenancy questions and queries
Salary/ Package: My clients are willing to offer a competitive salary of GBP15,(Apply online only) - GBP16,(Apply online only) pa + a realistic OTE of GBP24,(Apply online only)pa
There is room for progression if you work hard and prove your capabilities.
