We are seeking a highly self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing a high quality administrative support service to our Port Health Inspectors.  Hours of work are 8.30 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday with availability to work Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm approximately six weeks throughout the year.  Reliability, flexibility, initiative, excellent communication skills, teamworking and recent, relevant office administration are essential.  Minimum qualifications are four GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English.  IT Skills including RSA Word Processing Level 2 (or equivalent) and the ability to produce and use spreadsheets are also essential.
