This company is a genuine success story. Founded by two passionate entrepreneurs - and parents - the company provides stress free, luxury villa and resort holidays for families with babies and toddlers. Their success is based on the quality of their holidays and is under-pinned by their commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience at each and every touch point - be that over the phone, email, via web chat or on Facebook. This success has lead to rapid growth and as a consequence we are looking for a part time Sales Consultant to join their high performing, hard working and fun loving team.

As a Sales Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for high-end customers looking for an exquisite holiday for their family. You will quickly build rapport with each customer before helping them to define and then refine their requirements to ensure they are delighted with the options you have provided. Every customer is different and your contact with them will vary from numerous conversations via various media to a one touch process where they book there and then. Your job is to delight each customer with your service and match their requirements to the ever growing portfolio of luxury villas and resorts on offer - ultimately resulting in a successful booking and a happy customer!

First things first, we are not looking for a travel expert for this position as extensive training is provided with this role. What we are looking for is someone who combines a genuine interest in travel, a passion for delighting customers and a desire to be part of something exceptional. This is a multi-channel role which means you will interact with customers via web-chat, email and Facebook as well as on the phone, so it is essential that you not only have excellent interpersonal and communication skills but are 'savvy' and confident with each channel. You will have strong administration and PC skills coupled with a healthy appreciation of technology - this is an internet driven business after all - and will be keen to learn more about the online market. Proactive, enthusiastic and hard working, you will be keen to take an active role in an active team - a team that works hard to exceed customer expectations whilst having a lot of fun. Most important of all you will be engaging and have a positive attitude. Our client knows that attitude is contagious - the question is, is yours worth catching?
