Warehouse Operative

H&G are proud to be working with one of Europe's biggest suppliers of modern home furnishings and furniture, for their client at a brand new site based in Harlow

Due to new growth within their industry, our client is now looking to recruit a large number of Warehouse Operatives and Reach Truck Drivers, who will be working in a new state of the art warehouse situated in Harlow, starting asap.

The role of warehouse Worker, will be a multi-tasking role, where successful candidates will be working in various department in the warehouse, as follows:

• Goods In
• Order Picking
• Dispatch
• Loading
  

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a structured training programme where they will learn all the clients' processes and standards.

All candidates will be required to undergo low level order picking truck training (LLOP). All successful candidates will be trained on Fork Lift Trucks and given the opportunity to join the team as a permanent member of staff after 12 weeks,

Applications from candidates who already have training on LLOP trucks would be welcome, however full training will be given to those that do not yet have this experience.

We are looking for candidates who are physically fit, committed to ongoing work, lookig to work in a positive enviroment and happy to learn new skills.

Shift patterns:
6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm – rotating shift patterns, Any 5 days out of 7
10pm - 6am - Fixed 5 days a week with an increased rate

This is a temp to perm position, you would go perm after 12 weeks if successful.
