SharePoint / Software Engineer (Developer) BLUS55213

Our Client has a new opportunity for a SharePoint / Software Engineer to join their ICT Department at Service Headquarters in Fulwood, Preston. This is a permanent full time position working 36.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday with flexitime working arrangements.

You will be technically focussed with a well-rounded skill set, ideally in-depth knowledge and practical experience covering development of SharePoint (2010 & 2016) solutions and supporting technologies (InfoPath, Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, Lightening Tools, AvePoint, Layer2). Experience developing web based solutions using .NET (including construction of web services) together with SQL / TSQL knowledge will be considered as an alternative.

The successful candidate will be expected to engage with internal stakeholders & product owners throughout the development lifecycle, including business analysis and requirements gathering activities, plus leading requirement gathering workshops where necessary. Knowledge of Agile based tools (TFS, JIRA, TargetProcess, Visual Paradigm) together with ITIL exposure would be beneficial.

It is essential that applicants have a degree (or equivalent) in a computing related subject.
