Due to the opening of an exciting new state of the art mattress factory based in Oldham/Ashton area, we are looking to recruit a highly-motivated and experienced Office Manager to join the Belfield Furnishings Group.
Based out of our Ashton under Lyne offices, you will be responsible for dealing with a varied workload ranging from client/ customer enquiries to administration, invoicing and basic accounts. You will also be responsible for the successful day to day running of the office, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have previous Officer Manager experience and experience of managing the administration function (including employees). Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will be required to communicate with all operations across the business.
In addition, the successful applicant will have excellent planning and organisational skills, strong IT skills (particularly excel), be able to work on their own initiative and will not afraid of taking a challenge.
