What will I be doing? 

As a Junior Project Manager, you will help to deliver a range of exciting web development projects for customers. 

As one of the fledgling members of the Project Management Team, you will: 

- Primarily work with Senior Project Managers and the Development Team 
- Deliver projects within a lightweight methodology 
- Allocate tasks to Developers 
- Communicate with customers 
- Attend meetings with new and existing customers 
- Develop user stories with customers and the Development Team 
- Write documentation and create wireframes 

Sounds great! What do I need? 

- Exposure to or experience in a web development environment 
- A Levels (or equivalent qualifications) 
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects 
- The ability to communicate effectively in technical and business environments, with both colleagues and clients 

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in an agency or similar fast-paced environment, but that’s not essential. What’s more important is a great attitude, conscientious approach and the desire to learn.
