We are currently recruiting a Quality Calibrator to join us within our Cardiff site paying a salary of £19,200 plus excellent benefits package.

Your New Role

  • Calibrate evaluations, produce alignment measure and insight.
  • Provide direct feedback to evaluators to support improvement in alignment.
  • Agree SMART Action plans and measure improvements.
  • Drive local quality calibration plan.
  • Conduct site calibration to ensure consistency across the business.
  • Support the Calibration Accreditation initiative.

    • What you'll need to succeed?

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • To be able to deliver feedback at Team Manager level
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail when calibrating evaluations
  • Produce actionable insight and recommendations
  • Knowledge and experience of the Vodafone quality framework or working in a quality assured environment desirable.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders.
