CPS Group have identified DevOps as a key growth area for us and theexternal marketplace. We are looking for an individual to own anddevelop our presence in this market.
The role and what it means for you
The role of DevOps Recruitment Consultant allows you to own the DevOpsdesk here at CPS Group. You will have access to an existing client base,where we have a track record of delivering DevOps roles and where wehave live roles within that niche. You will also generate your ownbusiness in order to grow your market and build your desk.
You will develop the DevOps market and be a key figure in the industry,cultivating and qualifying a strong candidate network from writing yourown blogs and articles on industry related content, as well as attendingnetwork events and talks. This ensures you have control over your nichesector whilst becoming a market expert.
The development opportunity for this role is as big as you want to makeit. DevOps is a large part of our IT division and is an area constantlyin demand with our clients, as well as for companies throughout the UKand Europe. As the owner of this desk your internal growth opportunitiesare also huge!
What will you be doing?
* Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in orderto attract business from client companies
* Working towards and exceeding targets
* Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry,what they do and their work culture and environment
* Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and testsand creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
* Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements betweenclient and candidates;
