Salesforce.com Functional Consultant - London - GBP50k to GBP60k

An irresistible need has just arisen for a Functional Consultant to join a client of mine within their London operation. This is a unique opportunity for someone to join a well-established SFDC organisation that have a good hold on the region in which they are headquartered.

It's simple. You will shape how they company will continue to grow by providing expert consulting skills and knowledge that they are famous for.
You will be responsible for applying your existing SaaS and PaaS business analysis and delivery skills to shape and provide the best solutions to our most valued clients in all sectors.

The end user who has recently deployed a SFDC to over 20 countries and requires a in house consultant permanently. This role will be perfect for a candidate from a management consulting background looking to step away and back into a end user environment.

The role will be primarily based in London who are looking for passionate SFDC consultants looking to break away from the consulting industry. Successful candidate will report directly to Universe Program Manager and will work closely with the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

-Assist with requirements gathering and definition for local implementation
-Support project manager in areas such as functional design, change management and general IT Project delivery
-Provide gap analysis and definition between local requirements and core solution
-Act as a subject matter resource on Salesforce, leveraging knowledge and experience to guide local office through their implementation
-Leverage the knowledge of and provide a key contact point back to the central Universe team
-Actively identify opportunities in Salesforce to better the needs and offer feedback on options under consideration
-Assist with functional testing; in test case creation, execution and reporting
-Build strong internal relationships with Universe team, local Subject Matter Experts and local management
-Support operational readiness and deployment of the solution
-At least one Salesforce.com certification
