About the role
Working as part of the Test and Assurance Profession within NHS Digital, this role will support the development, testing and assurance of National NHS systems and data sets. By developing, delivering, supporting and managing test data for various Programmes, you will make a real contribution to the successful delivery of key NHS services. You will work closely with other technical colleagues and external suppliers, providing specialist test data expertise across the delivery lifecycle. This role is varied and challenging. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle including database design and development, software development and software testing would be advantageous but training will be provided.
About You
You will have:
- HNC / NVQ level 4 or equivalent experience.
- Awareness of the software development lifecycle and development/testing methodologies.
- Experience of providing advice as subject matter expert both verbally and written.
- Demonstrably strong and proficient user of Microsoft Office.
- Experience of supporting suppliers, stakeholders and programme teams.
- Awareness of database concepts and design principles.
