As a sports recruitment consultant you will be placing candidates into a variety of different sporting industries such as; Communications, TV production, Legal + Finance, Sales and Events. As a sports recruiter you will be required to prepare for international travelling to world leading network events such as Barclays Premier League and F1 in order to a win and headhunt new possible business.

You will be in charge of researching and building relationships with new and established professionals to sell your unique opportunities to them.

Being personable and knowledgeable is essential for this role; you will need to be able to take control and charge of the whole process as both the client and the candidate are relying on you to deliver an efficient service.

What we require for from our next Sports Recruiter:

• University degree 2015, 2016, 2017 (2:1 or higher) or B2B sales experience
• Strong work ethic (work throughout university)
• Played sports to a high level
• Excellent communication skills (Speaking + Writing)
• Good knowledge and interest about sport and business
• Confident + Winning mentality
• Competitive
• Resilient
• Hard working
• Good networker + Listener

• GBP25,000 base salary (GBP35,000 + OTE year 1)
