Lead Project Manager
London
£65000 - £75000 per annum
Sitting within operations, you will manage the transition of new business into the operating model. Working closely across different business teams to build and develop strong relationships.
Working closely with both clients and advisors to maximise results.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple IT and Business focused projects simultaneously,
* Manager multiple Stakeholders across different businesses areas
* Manage the full end to end project delivery lifecycle.
* Actively manage project risks, issues and dependencies
* Matrix manage resources assigned to projects
* Manage up to 3 direct reports
* Direct the activities of third party providers ensuring delivery to time, quality and budget
Experience
* Experience of building relations with external clients and advisors would be a big advantage
* Must have a background within life and pensions
* Proven understanding of Project Management techniques in an agile environment
* Solid experience of all stages of the project delivery and software development lifecycle
* Experience of engaging and managing third parties
* Excellent Supplier and Stakeholder Management skills
