We have an opportunity for a Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner to provide financial support in modelling, analysing, challenging and reviewing project appraisals and performance.

Key Accountabilities will include:
  • Assist the Development Team in creating and assessing viabilities, including calculation of sensitivities and scenario analysis
  • Production and maintenance of monthly viability once projects become 'live'.
  • Deliver the annual strategy, budgeting and quarterly performance review financial outputs in an accurate and timely manner
  • Support to the Residential Investment Director in monitoring and tracking actual and forecast Sales & Marketing spend on a monthly basis
  • Assist the Financial Controller in the advancement of accounting policies and procedures for the reporting of development contracts
  • Define templates for individual development site monthly reports to include Management Accounts, development appraisal and unit construction & handover forecasts.

We are looking for a qualified Accountant who has experience in both Construction and Development along with hands-on commercial experience and a detailed understanding of financial reporting and modelling.

To be successful in this role you will be highly analytical and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels.
