Internal Telesales Executive, £18,000 to £20,000 + Performance Based Bonus / Incentives.

Bebington, Wirral, Merseyside.

 

Working as part of the Sales team, the Telesales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and generating enquiries using a variety of approaches including cold calling, prospecting and social media. This is predominately an office based position suited to someone with call centre experience.

The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic, fast paced and fun environment with the real opportunity of progression within the expanding organisation.

 

The Role of Internal Telesales Executive:

The Telesales Executive will take ownership of generating new leads and enquiries for the business by building relationships and networking with the aim to maximise new business opportunities. This role also includes performance based bonuses/incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Generate enquiries from a variety of sources such as company databases, spreadsheets and live project sales leads.
  • Promote our range of fall protection, roof access and facade access products/services
  • Research potential customers using google, trade associations and other information sources
  • Follow up on existing quotes
  • Develop existing customers

 

The ideal Internal Telesales Executive:

  • Experience in an outbound B2B sales role with a friendly, enthusiastic, confident, outgoing personality
  • Professional and tenacious attitude
  • Resilient with strong objection handling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and good clear telephone manner
  • Attention to detail, well organised and good time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to learn quickly
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Possess a desire to reach and exceed targets
  • Flexible, dependable, reliable.
  • Desirable but not essential: Knowledge of the Construction Industry or sales experience in the Construction Industry
