Drainage Engineer- Eastleigh

My client, a market leading UK based Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Infrastructure, Civil and Structural Engineering is searching for a Drainage Engineer to join an established Engineering Team based in Eastleigh.

It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering or Environmental Management and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk, Surface Water and Drainage Projects for Local Authorities, Water Companies or Private Sector Clients.

It is also essential for applicants to have technical experience completing the following;

-Flood Risk Assessments.

-Drainage Strategy.

-Detailed Sewerage and/or Pipeline and/or SuDS design using AutoCAD and Microdrainage.

-Drainage Area Planning and/or Surface Water Management Plans.

This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a multidisciplinary Engineering team based in Eastleigh to complete varied Flood Risk, Surface Water, Drainage and SuDS Projects for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Developments for Housing Developers, Private Sector Clients and Local Authorities.

As a Drainage Engineer you will be supported to complete technical work including;

-Flood Risk Assessments.

-Surface Water Management Plans.

-Drainage Strategy.

-Detailed Sewerage, Pipeline and SuDS Design using Microdrainage and AutoCAD.

-Attenuation and Pond Design.

-Drainage Area Planning.

-CSO Design.
