Upto GBP30,000 Basic + Uncapped comission

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, sales focused Estate Agency Branch Manager who is looking for a challenging role within an environment where commitment and hard work is rewarded.
Business development and proactive sales will be a large part of the role, as well as managing, motivating and getting the best out of your team
Key Responsibilities
To manage the day to day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit.
Pro-active business development involving outbound calls and canvassing to increase market share.
To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of set targets and KPI's
To manager, coach and motivate employees to exceed individual and branch targets
Desired Skills
Minimum 12 month experience as an Estate Agency Experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Driving License and own vehicle
