Graduate Geotechnical Engineer - Cardiff

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join an established team near Cardiff.

My client is a market leading company who specialise in engineering across a number of sectors. This prestigious consultancy are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer with a strong academic background to join their established, friendly and supportive team.

To be successful in your application, you must possess a Degree or Masters in Geology or Civil Engineering and ideally have some relevant industry experience.

In this challenging and dynamic role, you will be:

• Completing Phase 1 and 2 Geotechnical Site investigation reports
• Supervising borehole investigations, trial pitting and soakaway testing.
• Supervise construction works, including earthworks and remediation of contaminated sites.
• Client Liaison
• Quantitative risk assessments
