Key responsibilities:

The Senior Digital Creative Executive is part of the Digital Team and reports to the Digital Manager who, in turn, reports the Head of Digital & Brand. The role is based in Birmingham.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Digital & Brand in the implementation of Eversheds Sutherland's social media and digital strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Create and edit relevant video and other digital content for both internal and external use
• Ensure all campaign content is optimised for digital channels and social
• Analyse and report digital and social engagement using metrics and analytics data
• Maintain and implement a rolling online publishing schedule for social and digital content
• Liaise with the Communications and Business Development and Marketing Teams to identify relevant content for social and digital
• Ensure relevant, timely updating of social and digital channels
• Ensure tone of voice and content complies with Eversheds Sutherland's brand guidelines and writing/tone of voice guidelines

Skills and experience:
• Proven track record of running and coordinating digital and social activities and campaigns to grow online communities
• Experience of creating compelling written content for use across a range of platforms and formats
• Experience of creating and editing video content
• Experience of using analytics to evaluate performance and optimise strategy
• Experience of working in a corporate environment, preferably in the professional services or financial services industry

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant channels
• Strong video filming and editing skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to translate content in to 'social ready' content
• Ability to be the social voice of the brand, aligned to Eversheds Sutherland's core brand values and tone of voice
• Proven strategic and problem solving ability - can identify the source of the problem, impact as it relates to other teams and impact on stakeholders
• Ability to think and act quickly, analytically and creatively in a dynamic business environment
• Time and project management skills including keen attention to detail and an ability to keep multiple projects on track and an ability to prioritise
• Ability to develop relationships and engage with people at all levels across the business
• Robust, team-oriented, flexible and enthusiastic with a can-do approach
• Innovative and able to put creative ideas into practice
