Direct Sales/Designer/Executive
OTE GBP30,000 - GBP45,000 commission paid weekly,
Hammonds is the UK's leading fitted furniture company and we are now recruiting for the best direct sales people to join us a Direct Sales/Designer/Executive in the Stevenage area. We are proud to say that we offer the largest range of fitted bedroom furniture in the UK.
We are a family-run business, building on our 90 year heritage for delivering innovative and exciting designs to deliver the WOW factor to our customers.
Working in your local area from pre-booked home appointments, your role as a self-employed Direct Sales/Designer/Executive will be to listen to and have empathy for our customers' requirements, delivering an unbeatable service experience that achieves their aspirational bedroom. Therefore, having your own fullUK driving licence and a car along with a mobile and laptop is essential.
The Hammonds customers we would like you to see would be in a maximum of a 40 mile radius of Stevenage which will include covering Bishop's Stortford, Hitchin, Luton, Hatfield, Cambridge and surrounding areas.
As our Direct Sales/Designer/Executive you will have a hunger and desire to earn money using your previously developed direct sales experience in B2B or B2C roles. Our top Sales Executive / Designers are earning in excess of GBP60k whilst GBP30k-GBP40k is certainly attainable in year 1 based on our experience.
In return, we offer our Direct Sales/Designer/Executive:
- Fully expensed residential training course including ArtiCad
- An uncapped commission
- No cold-calling involved
- 5-7 appointments per week initially
- Additional appointments for strong converters
- Leads generated from 100 stores and concessions nationwide
- A generous discount on our products
- The opportunity for development to up-skill to a Relief Regional Manager (additional payments given)
