This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Sales and Marketing function as a Marketing Executive. You will add real value supporting our strategic growth marketing programmes.

About the role
You will work closely with Managers, Senior Managers and the heads of Industry marketing teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the development and delivery of marketing activity associated with our marketing programmes
- Capture and report on the success of our marketing programmes
- Monitor risks and quality aspects of all related marketing activity
Requirements
Essential skills
- You will have a proven yourself in a multi-channel marketing campaigns role and have a passion for both new and traditional marketing channels
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) is essential as you will be facilitating campaigns, influencing ideas, challenging effectively and building relationships
- Strong analytical ability, particularly in terms of capturing, analysing and developing recommendations based upon ROI data sets
- Experience implementing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative and innovative
- Proactive with a positive 'can do' approach. You will proactively seek new channels to market and innovates methods to engage with our audience.
- Self-starter who will build relationships, be able to upwardly manage and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong business acumen - commercially and risk aware
- Consultative approach - able to provide advice on the most appropriate approach, content and channel mix to deliver communications, with a particular focus on social media.
Useful, but not essential skills
- Understanding of marketing automation
- Understanding of persona and customer journey mapping
