Job Role: Bookings and Office Administrator
Location: Cardiff
Rate: GBP8.25
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (1-hour lunch)

Purpose of the job

Due to recent and further expansion plans, our Client is looking to recruit a Bookings & Office Administrator to be based in their Main Reception.

Booking and Admin Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Input bookings onto booking system whilst following procedures
Understand and nurture existing client relationships
Conduct follow-up booking procedures
Maintain client database records
Manage and carry out client booking reminders
Utilise client database to segment and email out marketing documents
Liaise with clients regarding payment options
Handling cash including banking

General Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Answering telephone calls
Manage general email enquiries
Keeping accurate records of calls and taking messages when required
Hosting - Tea and Coffee. Facility tours to potential customers
General office appearance
Typing all letters and documentation when required
Overall responsibility of all office stationery ordering within budget
Responsibility of handling all daily Mail and Postage
Filing, shredding
Good use and understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point software

Unsocial Hours

There will be very occasional requirements to work unsocial hours

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Can work very well both independently and as part of a small team
