Retail Assistant / Merchandiser
Due to continued expansion our client is looking to recruit an experienced retail candidate to work as a Merchandiser to join their national Merchandising team. The role would be based from home , covering the Surrey and sussex areas.
About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and self- motivated retailers for this role, you will be an integral part of our retail sales strategy and will represent the business at store level.
Key Responsibilities:-
Visiting major retail outlets to an agreed call cycle
Replenishing fixtures to an approved planogram
Installing technology displays
Increasing opportunities for sales
Liaising and building relationships with store personnel.
Communicating and reporting via a tablet
Effective journey planning and territory management.
Key Skills
Retail experience is essential
High personal standards of professional conduct
Full clean Driving Licence
Package
GBP17,500 + GBP1,500 Bonus
GBP500 per month Car allowance
GBP1,500 pay rise on successful completion of 6 month probation period
