Customer Support Team Member
Location - Derby, DE24 8BJ
Hours - Monday to Friday (45 hours)

Mitie is currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Team Member to join its Front of House business on site in a British multinational public limited company.
Reporting to the Duty Manager/Front of House Manager, the Customer Support Team Member will have a key responsibility of delivering an excellent customer service and ensuring all customer Support activities are carried out effectively in an organisation that is home to 50,000 staff globally and welcomes approximately 3,000 Visitors per week.

Job Details
  • To provide exceptional levels of customer service, acting as a meet and greet in the main reception
  • To ensure all visitors are recorded onto site and issue Security passes to external guests / contractors
  • To process room booking and video conference requests in accordance with our service level and issue support documentation to relevant departments
  • Produce monthly statistics of utilisations
  • Process guest WIFI user requests via the online system
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier items
  • Manage the site stationery supplies
  • Raise work requests through the Maximo system
  • Manage bookings for visitor car parking spaces for the facility

Key Skills / Experience
  • Previous work experience as a Front of House Receptionist, Administrator or equivalent position ideally gained within a corporate environment
  • Working knowledge and competent in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven experience and understanding of an exceptional Customer Service delivery
  • Experience of working as part of a team or independently with minimal direction
  • Have a flexible can do approach to all work duties
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
