Sub Agent - Civil Engineering
Our client is one of the country's largest privately owned contractors within annual turnover in excess GBP2billion per annum and with interests across all aspects of construction. They are continually looking towards the future with heavy investment in new innovation and are always looking to make sure they are their people are at the cutting edge of their industry.
They are currently at the initial stages of GBP30million new build road scheme.
They are currently looking for a Sub Agent to work alongside a Project Manager on a GBP20milllion pound project which will contain major Earth works, drainage and reinforced concrete works. The role requires the individual prepare, approve and check method statements. Manage the quality procedures of sub contractors and their outputs. You will also be required to advise on construction methods and temporary works coordination. Also where required be able to resolve design issues prior to build. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication at all levels.
