Night Senior Production Operative / Trainer, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, Food Manufacturing
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing all aspects of operational training to new and existing production staff and agency personnel to enhance their skills within the factory to the high standards of competency required by the company, through planned training and welfare systems.
Key activities include;
- Responsible for co-ordinating and administering food safety and health and safety via part of the new starter induction and ongoing refresher training
- Hygiene chemical training for new starters
- Ensure all hygiene training matrices and kept fully up to date
- Owner of all technical updates
We are looking for a candidate with suitable operational experience who feels they can pass on this knowledge to others. Good organisational and communication skills are essential and you must be able to work within a team environment. Applicants must have an excellent time keeping and attendance record.
Hours of work: 10pm-6am Monday to Friday inclusive however flexibility around these core hours are essential.
Salary: Hourly rate is 9 per hour plus shift allowance
