Salary: £24,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week (8am – 6pm, rota basis)

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for an ICT Service Desk Analyst on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Leicester.

An opportunity has arisen for an ICT Service Desk Analyst to join our client’s dynamic ICT department.  They would like to hear from you if:

You have well rounded technical skills and knowledge with the initiative and drive to work well in a team environment whilst being confident enough to organise your own work on a daily basis;

You are enthusiastic, dynamic, and reliable and you will have experience of working in a highly technical support environment working to strict KPIs and SLAs throughout the group;

You can provide ICT support for over 450 staff throughout the Midlands and London.

The successful candidate will be supporting a host of ICT systems and be able to develop applications. The position is based in Leicester but travel to other Group sites may be required.  Candidates must be able to work well in a Service Desk/Application development environment.  Our client is looking for someone who has provided remote support preferably from a Service Desk environment (or similar) and is familiar with logging calls, ticketing and adhering to processes that surround a service desk environment. Also, someone who can think on their feet and troubleshoot effectively. This is a busy & fun environment - never a dull moment!! You'll be working amongst a great team with excellent & supportive management.

Experience required in the following technologies:

  • 1st  Line ICT Support
  • PC Hardware/Peripherals
  • Exchange 2010/2013
  • MS Office
  • Active Directory
