S P A Enterprise Services Limited, based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge, requires Network Analyst. Applicants must be experienced in complete Service Desk or managed services environment and must demonstrate a proven work track record to enable the following key responsibilities of the role:
- Should support BAU on Incidents and Requests to configuration and support for Office, E-mail and Enterprise Applications, Windows Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile, Printers and all conferencing systems for End Users in the Business
- Server and network administration with a high level proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP)
- Conduct analysis of network security needs/requirements. Contribute to design, integration and installation of hardware and software.
- Must maintain network documentation, alongside Create, manage and evolve policies, processes and procedures
- Support End User’s on Data Recovery process through Dell DDP
- Work on RB Infrastructure and Network monitoring tools such as Symantec, IPS/IDS, SPLUNK, NEXSUS, and NEXPOSE.
- IT infrastructure support, implementation and administration, queries via the phone and email and take an active role in prioritising tickets and working towards SLA’s.
- Troubleshoot any device- specific configuration and 3rd line health and availability issues for detection and SIEM solutions
- Installation and maintenance of servers (OS/HW), Network configuration (Cisco). Network monitoring and alert response.
- Install, configuration and troubleshooting Windows 2008/2012 Server & Windows 7 & 10, iOS & MacOS
Qualifications, Experience and Mandatory Skills Required:
- Minimum of 7 years+ in CISCO including firewalls, switches and routing protocols Ticket management, client support and relations, documentation, analytic and systematic approach in problem solving techniques
- Educated to Computing Degree or equivalent.
- Good to have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Experience to support ad-hoc network problems and queries within the Network Services team and Resolving operational moves, adds and changes via the Service Now system.
- Flexibility and experience in prioritising tasks and ability to deal with variable workload.
- Excellent Communication and written skills in English
