We have a great opportunity for an After Sales / Service Manager to join our Finchley Road Audi dealership. You will receive a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

As our After Sales / Service Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of our established service department so we are looking for someone to take ownership of this business area as part of the dealership management team.
You will need to:
- Set and deliver dealership and manufacturer targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction scores are observed, improved and achieved
- Coach, develop and manage your team to be best in class
- Continually monitor the performance of the aftersales department making proactive changes to improve it
- Resolve any problems, quickly and professionally
- Organise external marketing and communication plans
To be successful in this After Sales / Service Manager role you will need:
- Experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a franchised dealership
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude at all times when dealing with customers
- Hands on leadership and management approach
- Ability to deliver results in a busy environment
