Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 + Excellent Benefits
One of the UK's largest and foremost law firms is currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator at their Cambridge office. You would help the firm's solicitors and paralegals focus on their clients and casework by providing a high standard of administrative support across the office, ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
Key tasks and responsibilities as follows:
o Support the Personal Injury team with various administrative tasks
o Answer incoming calls and handling enquiries inn a courteous and professional manner
o Contact clients by telephone to arrange appointments and take basic instructions
o Photocopying, scanning, binding and filing documents, preparing bundles as required
o Typing up letter, memos and reports on behalf of colleagues
o Opening, logging and distributing post as well as franking outgoing post
o Provide reception cover as required
