FULL TIME – NG1 4GH - £16,993 PER ANNUM

The Nottingham Trent Students’ Union Food and Beverage department are looking to recruit a Diner Team Leader at the City Campus on a full time, permanent basis. The role is a ‘term time’ role, meaning you’ll work over 33 weeks of the year to fit around organisational need. The role is offered on a fixed term basis, with the view to potentially become permanent. The Diner Team Leader will lead a team of staff in a busy diner, adhering to food hygiene regulations at all times. The role includes being responsible for maintaining effective stock procedures, ensuring food is prepared in accordance with menu and recipe guidance and being responsible for maintaining high standards of service for our customers. We are looking for someone who has experience of leading a team of staff, providing food service and has the ability to work under pressure.
