Research Associate - Human Factors in Virtual Reality
Salary: GBP31,611 - GBP40,002 per annum

The Faculty of Art and Humanities has an exciting post available in Human Factors and Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Realities. The Faculty has a strong portfolio of research and teaching and learning activity linked to Virtual Reality. The role will involve undertaking human factors research to inform the development of novel virtual environments, as well as designing and undertaking evaluation studies. The post holder will support the full utilisation of the VR technology available at Coventry University, and significantly contribute to evaluations and user trials involving data collection, basic data analysis and reporting. As well as undertaking some specific evaluation studies in the transport and health domains, the candidate is further encouraged to develop his or her own expertise and research agenda.
