Actual Salary: £13,189 to £13,691

34 hours per week, term time and inset days only

Opportunities have arisen to join the school’s SEND and Inclusion Department at an exciting time of development.  The department is building its capacity to provide tailored  intervention programmes at an early stage to enable students to establish their coping strategies for working within classes.

You will play an integral role in delivering, monitoring and reporting back on the impact of these interventions and work with other team members to create teaching resources that enable access to learning.

You will have an enthusiastic and caring nature, the ability to engage well with young people, a good standard of written and spoken English and be committed to improving not only students’ academic attainment but also their independence, behaviour, self-confidence and self-esteem.
