This group of companies are a leader in the supply of gases with depots throughout the UK.

Starting salary £16K / £18K, in Bridgend area for an established leading company.

The successful candidate will have strong Administration and IT skills, further training will be provided. A confident person with good communication and organisational skills is required to join our small team. They are looking for an exceptional person to be welcoming, practical and knowledgeable. First point of contact, good inter-personal skills, meticulous attention to detail and pleasant telephone manner are essential.

They require an eager and enthusiastic individual to learn and develop with the company.

As a person it is essential that you are bright, driven and enthusiastic and are suitably qualified, this post will offer an exiting new challenge, you must be able to undertake tasks efficiently and deal with customers and work well as part of our team.

Your main duties will include:

- Order Processing
- Invoicing and providing support to ensure orders are processed and client enquires are actioned accurately and promptly
- Answering the telephone
- Working to deadlines
- Working with senior members of the operating team and further general administration duties.

You will also be required to carry out general administration duties for other companies within the group.

Hours of work will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a quarter of an hour break in the morning and afternoon and half an hour for lunch.

Annual Leave 20 days per annum plus 8 bank holidays
