This position is for immediate start at our new office, near Chipping Norton. Looking at initial 6 month contract and then potential to extend into full time. Our company is expanding and we have various exciting projects that need development and current business interests that need daily management.

One key business is an online merchandise store, which is part of a broader management role with a well known personality. We have a separate warehouse locally and are looking to expand into our own eBay and Amazon stores, so the role would include development and ongoing updates and management of this business, with suppliers, customers, new products (indulging research into key sectors) and at busy times a hands on role in assisting the physical packing of merchandise and potentially running a pop up stand at key public events.

Aside from e-commerce we are developing a new engineering project, so there would be a liaison duty with consultants and potential meetings and research as this project develops. We also part own and run a television and video production company, so Production Manager duties would also form part of the overall job.

Further daily responsibilities include working with the company director on general office duties; including book keeping, invoicing, phone calls, diary and PA work.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard working, careful with details but someone who will also listen and learn. Discretion is imperative due to the nature of the high profile work we are involved with.

The company Director has built the business over 11 years and now is looking to expand and really grab opportunities with the right individual who is flexible to the future responsibilities that may present themselves.
