With over thirty employees between their offices in London and Los Angeles and over 25,000 combined square feet of archived props and costumes, the company has become the busiest and most trusted authority in the hobby.

Job Role
They are looking for a hard-working individual who will work effectively and efficiently alongside our warehouse team to ensure the safe and secure organisation of all inventory.

Responsibilities
Report to: Warehouse Manager

- Confidently work within a warehouse environment to maintain a secure and organised environment for all inventory.
- Ensure all assets are barcoded, easily accessible and locatable.
- Assist in the organisation and storage of large consignments.
- Understand the unique nature of all assets and treat accordingly.
- Adapt storage space as necessary.
- Understand the ever-changing inventory and relevant product knowledge.
- Take initiative to improve the evolving operation.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding workload and team processes.
- Assist with general housekeeping duties.
- Use the forklift and pallet truck in a safe and competent manner.
- Follow company procedures and processes relating to inventory management.
- Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform administrative duties including answering phones and responding to emails in a polite and courteous manner.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements
They are looking for an enthusiastic and practically-minded individual with the right attitude to fit within a strong and well-established team. The successful applicant must have creative problem-solving skills, the ability to implement change when required and able to support team members.

Previous warehouse experience is essential for this position and the ideal candidate will have strong organisational skill, and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and the flexibility to support the business at key times throughout the year.

Applicants must be computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. A forklift license is ideal for this position; however, training can be provided if necessary.

This is a very physical position involving manual handling on a daily basis.
