Warehouse Person - Site Installer

Balconette, an expanding company that manufacture and supply glass balustrades, currently have a fantastic opportunity and are looking to employ an enthusiastic, energetic person to work in their warehouse and to go out on site.

The role consists of but not limited to:

• Sorting, inspecting, processing and the packing of glass
• Measuring, cutting, drilling and assembly of aluminium extrusions from drawings to make up the components of our balustrade systems
• Quality control and packing
• Product installation on site
• General warehouse and factory tasks
• Duties involve lifting of heavy items

Requirements

• Experience preferable but not essential
• Some heavy lifting involved (glass)
• Ability to follow plans, measurements and technical drawings accurately and follow instructions
• Good communication skills
• High standard of workmanship
• Polite, friendly and professional manner
• CSCS card preferable
• Clean driving licence preferable

There are no hot works or welding carried out.

Specific training will be provided for the right applicant.

Hours of Work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid break
