HR Systems & Payroll Administrator
Loughborough
GBP20,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
Working for our Award winning client, we are seeking an exceptional administrator with plenty of enthusiasm to carry out a wide range of HR administration with an emphasis on recruitment and payroll.
As the HR Systems & Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting the on-line recruitment process
• On boarding of new starters, issuing contracts, taking up references, confirming evidence of eligibility etc
• Administering joiners, leavers, season and casual staff
• Administering bonus, commission, salary increments, PRP
• Producing weekly and monthly payroll reports
• Providing first line advice and guidance to staff and managers on using the internal recruitment database iTrent
Experience, skills and attributes required for the HR Systems & Payroll Administrator include:
• Previous experience of processing complex HR or payroll administration
• Previous experience of having used a HR system or database, preferably iTrent (although not essential)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office including advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience of collating and manipulating financial data
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
• High level of numeracy
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Confident, enthusiastic and positive outlook
This role would suit a HR Administrator, a Payroll Administrator, a Finance Administrator, a Systems Administrator, an Office Administrator who has had experience of processing HR & payroll documentation using advanced IT skills.
Full time permanent position
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
