Be part of something dynamic and come and join us as an Account Director to run and grow a large Financial Services account based in Milton Keynes.
You will be a true business leader with a primary goal of driving business growth whilst also taking accountability for the quality and financial performance of CGI services delivered.
Developing and maintaining proactive client development strategy, you will lead and manage your team to achieve targeted revenue and profitability and ensuring that sales pipeline and financial forecasts are up to date and accurate.
Your future duties and responsibilities: As Account Director you will be the main point of contact with the client you will have the job of establishing and building client relationships and working to gain a thorough understanding of the client's business and the market it operates in. You will seek out and identify new opportunities for CGI, following up with client meetings, propositions and proposals as appropriate.
You will lead CGI's responses to RFIs/RFPs ensuring that CGI's USPs is brought to life in a manner that both excites and delights.
Your excellent leadership skills will also be brought to bear in the management of the delivery team where you will be responsible for fostering the development of the team's capabilities and expertise in line with client needs.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: As the successful candidate you will be expected to have experience of the IT consultancy industry including specific experience in the sale and delivery of systems integration and consulting projects and managed services. You will have held previous roles in account management and/or IT operational & delivery management and will be able to demonstrate experience in business development, account/relationship management, business context and general /operational management.
You will also need to demonstrate experience of working with investment banking clients: corporate and transaction banking.
