Are you a hard-working food manufacturing or hygiene professional? Does your love for the mighty pasty keep you awake at night? If so, our client wants to hear from you. 

With a rich Cornish heritage, our client produces high quality pastry products that are enjoyed and loved by thousands across the UK. They are now looking for a Hygiene Operative to join their team.

As a Hygiene Operative, you’ll help to maintain our client’s excellent hygiene standards in their food production areas. 

Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll adhere to best practice processes and prescribed quality management systems to make sure that our client’s bakery is cleaned to an exceptional standard. 

You’ll ensure that any production downtime is minimised so that a plentiful supply of pasties can continue to delight taste buds across the nation. 

Safely operating a variety of machinery, you’ll complete records and report any issues. Additionally, you’ll assist with a range of continuous improvement activities. 

Interested? To be considered, you must have experience gained within a food manufacturing and/or hygiene environment. 

Focused and diligent, as a Hygiene Operative, you must be a positive team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills. 

Ideally, you’ll have completed your Food Safety, Health & Safety, Chemical Awareness, Working at Heights and Manual Pump Truck training, but this is by no means essential.
