Cunninghame Housing Association is one of Ayrshire’s leading registered social landlords providing services for more than 2,500 properties in North and East Ayrshire. The Association aims to achieve excellence in service delivery to its customers and to assist in this we are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual within our very busy Development & Care Services Department.

Clerk of Works

• (3 Year Fixed Term Contract)
• Grade: Grade 7 (PA22 - PA25)
• Salary: £31,282- £34,350
• 35 Hours Per Week

Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our house building contract works are carried out to the highest quality standards. A strong team player with a customer focused approach to work you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Applicants must have extensive technical knowledge of house construction and ideally have membership of a relevant professional organisation.

With a willingness to work towards membership of the Institute of Clerk of Works, you will be able to prioritise a demanding workload and work with minimal supervision.
(A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this post.)
