Principal Teachers currently have a vacancy for a part time Food Technology Teacher to commence ASAP in a Harrogate school. The Head Teacher is seeking an innovative and inspiring Food Technology Teacher to undertake a 0.6 contract as soon as possible. The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching an engaging and stimulating curriculum of both theory and practical work to KS3 and KS4 students and you must be able to show a passion for your subject. You will need to demonstrate excellent planning and delivery skills in order to cater to the needs of students with varying levels of abilities and ensure all students are given the opportunity to thrive.Based in an urban area of Harrogate, the school is well regarded within the local community and serves a large catchment area. The successful applicant will be required to deliver an exciting and creative curriculum to students in Years 7-11 and motivate all students to achieve and develop essential life skills in Food Technology. The school is well resourced and you will have access to excellent facilities and an experienced FTT faculty. Behaviour across the school is good and you will need to commit your efforts to upholding these high standards.
