Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a part-time Executive Assistant to the CEO on behalf of our client, a leading provider of services for the elderly, based in Birmingham.

This is an exciting new opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a well-respected local charity dedicated to the needs of older people.  The postholder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Board and will have some supervisory responsibilities.

Our client provides a range of services for older people including sheltered and independent housing, care homes with nursing, as well as welfare guidance and a handyperson scheme.

For this Executive Assistant role, you will be an intelligent, credible and pro-active professional with excellent organisational skills to support the CEO’s diverse work schedule. You will have previous relevant experience as a highly effective PA or EA demonstrating honesty, confidentiality and discretion at all times.  You will be working closely with the CEO, board and senior management team and therefore will need excellent oral and written communication skills.
