IT Support Engineer - Cloud Services
Reading, Berkshire

Our client specialises in providing data centre, cloud, connectivity and voice solutions. Due to continuous growth, they are now looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide a high quality support service to customers and partners.  

As an IT Support Engineer, you will: 

- Work as part of a 24x7 team 
- Receive, manage and assist with the resolution of incidents
- Monitor all cloud systems 
- Ensure that tickets are managed through to resolution and in-line with SLAs 
- Escalate issues when required 
- Contribute to internal processes and continuous improvement activities

Interested? To be considered, you will need: 

- Previous IT support experience 
- Experience with VMware vSphere 
- An understanding and/or experience of Cloud technologies

Citrix XenApp administration experience would be beneficial to your application, as would any of the following qualifications/certifications: VMware vSphere, NetApp Storage or ITIL Foundation.
