Sales Support

Fastenal has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support role to join us in Glasgow. The successful applicant will join us on a part time basis and will receive a very competitive hourly rate of pay.

We are looking for a sales minded individual to begin working in a Sales Support role. This will be an entry level position, so they can learn about our product, operations and how we distribute to our customers. If you like demanding challenges and are looking for a career within an international company, this position may be right for you!

Sales Support responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Day-to-day warehouse activities in the Sales Support (in-and-out bound, cycle counts, forecast, maintain optimal stock levels ...) 

- Physically servicing a Vendor Managed Inventory program at our local customers

- Managing and driving a culture of excellence in customer service and high process-quality

Our ideal Sales Support candidate requires:

- Strong leadership qualities

- An aptitude for business maths

- Service oriented

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to lift packages up to 30 kg

- University degree or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

- Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail

- Valid driving license
